Before placing an order, we suggest that you create a member's account.
Why create an account?

POINTS!!

You receive 1 point for every 100 YEN (excluding tax) that you order.
Look out for special events when points are multiplied by 5, sometimes even 10! 1 point is worth 1 YEN.
Points gained from a previous order can be used once that order has been processed and shipped. Points gained must be used within one year.

ABOUT ORDERING AND SHIPPING

After your order is placed, items cannot be added to or removed from the order.
If you wish to purchase additional items, you must place a new order.
From the MY PAGE section of your account you can cancel any order within 60 minutes of placing it.
After 60 minutes, the order cannot be cancelled.
In rare cases, an item may be sold out even though you were able to order it.
Our inventory system is automated and consistent, but mistakes CAN happen.
You will be able to confirm the final results of your order in the "Your order has shipped"confirmation email sent to you on the day of shipping.
Your understanding is appreciated.
We ship by EMS only.

After your order has been processed, we ship within 7 business days.
If we cannot ship within this period of time, we will contact you.
Please do not specify when an order should be delivered.

WE CANNOT CONTROL WHEN OR WHAT TIME A PACKAGE IS DELIVERED

If you fail to receive your package and it is sent back to Japan,you will be charged for postage.

ABOUT CUSTOMS

You are responsible for paying all customs fees (duties), if any.
If you fail to pay customs, reject your package, or provide an incomplete shipping address which leads to undelivery as well as your package being returned to Japan, you are responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
The country to which you import goods determines the customs fee.
Likewise, the country to which you import goods determines if or when it will release your package.
AS KNOW AS (the shipper) cannot determine, control, or influence the customs fee.
Nor can we determine, control, or influence if or when customs will release your package.
Please do not confuse shipping fees with customs fees.
The two are totally unrelated.

ABOUT SHIPPING FEES, BILLING AND EXCHANGE RATES

We understand that you wish to know the shipping fee before clicking on the order button.
However, the shipping fee cannot be calculated until the package is weighed prior to shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchange requests.
Please always confirm size specifications thoroughly before ordering.

If you think your order has been sent incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days.
If you think an item has been sent in imperfect condition, please contact us within 3 days.
